WHO I AM
I am a German autodidact photographer who lives and works in New York. Since childhood I have been addicted to photography. Back then, I was a supermodel who made millions of dollars a year as you can see on the left... - Just kidding.

MY PATH
In the beginning, my primary focus has been on nature photography. Nature does not move, it's static, easy to capture but still complex and difficult to squeeze into 35mm. Creating extraordinary duplicates of my mental picture just by using light, composition and the right moment is what fascinates me most in photography. Later I moved on to people and family photography. There I learned the basics of directing and motivating people in front of a camera. A few year ago I decided to move on to the most complex and difficult style of photography - Nudes. Painting bodies and shapes, finding the right moment and expression to borrow the very individual soul of a person for a blink of an eye without even coming close to cheap nudity is by far the most challenging artwork I have ever experienced. What's next? Well, I don't know. I'd like to do some fashion but perhaps I will document the growth of green grass.... Who knows :)
